At Pets Leather, we strive to process and ship orders efficiently. Below are our shipping guidelines:

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• In cases of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

- Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

- Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
