- Items must be clean and free of pet hair.

Refund Processing

- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items.

- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition

- Pets Leather reserves the right to charge a handling fee or reject a return if the product is not in its original condition.

Exchanges

- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Step 3: Visit the Designated Return Portal

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a link to our designated return portal. Please visit the portal and follow the prompts to initiate the return process.

Step 4: Shipping Label Assignment

After completing the return portal process, a shipping label will be assigned to you respectively. Please print the shipping label and attach it to the outside of the return package.

Step 5: Drop Off Packages at Designated Location

Finally, please drop off the return package at a designated location, such as a shipping carrier's drop-off point or a local post office. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and the shipping label is securely attached.
